The story of Saba, an Iranian Dancer studying and working in Milan, is the story of a passion for dancing (prohibited in public in Iran since the revolution), and for women’s rights. After Mahsa Amini’s death on Sept. 16, 2022, Saba moved permanently to Milan and became an activist in the “woman, life, freedom” movement, Saba uses the language of dance to express the protest of Iranian’s women.

Saba è una ballerina, vive a Milano da 4 anni, dopo aver lasciato l’Iran, paese  in cui le donne non possono ballare in pubblico da circa 44 anni. Dopo la morte di Mahsa Amini il 16 settembre 2022, Saba si sposta definitivamente a Milano e diventa una attivista nel movimento “donna vita libertà”, Saba usa il linguaggio della danza per esprimere la protesta delle donne iraniane.
